Why We Need Your Support:
The Strength & Conditioning department at KWU, supports the year-round training of more than 700 student-athletes. Help us support our Football student-athletes and program by donating or pledging to our 1st ever Lift-a-thon!!
Proceeds will directly fund initiatives/projects, such as the addition of a Football only nutrition area that will provide pre-game meals, snacks, and supplements to support the performance and recovery of our athletes.
